Do you accept walk-in appointments?


Yes! We always accept walk-in appointments however we are a busy salon and do recommend scheduling an appointment to reserve the best possible time for you. Feel free to also book online by clicking HERE.




I am wanting to donate my hair, is this a service you provide?


Absolutely! We love our guests who want to give back to the community. Our team knows exactly how to properly cut the hair so it can be sent in for donation purposes. We do not donate the hair ourselves but will wrap the hair up so you can download the proper forms and send it in.




I am wanting to switch my makeup to bareMinerals, can someone help me find the right products I need?


Of course! This is our specialty! We always offer complimentary makeup consultations and any members of our team can color match you. If you are wanting a little more of an in-depth lesson, we can do that also! With our makeup lessons, if you end up purchasing any of the products the application fee is waived. This is also a perfect service for those new to makeup and needing a little guidance from a pro!




Do you have a cancellation fee?


We understand life sometimes happens and therefore we do not have a cancellation fee at this time. We do request a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or appointment changes. We appreciate our guests respecting our stylists time.




I have curly hair, do you have anyone who is great with that?


Great question! Specifically for curly hair we do have several stylists who LOVE their curly haired guests and who are specifically trained in the Deva Curl cutting technique. In regards to specific hair needs, it is important when booking your appointment to let the Front Desk Support Team Member know what your specific needs are so we can best match you up with the stylist who is a great fit. No matter what, Belleza Salon takes great pride in education for all of our stylists and can confidently say any stylist on our team is thoroughly trained and will give outstanding customer service.




Do all of your stylists/makeup artists charge the same price?


Based on the demand on a stylist's time, prices may vary. During the Signature Belleza Consultation that you will receive every time you are a guest in our salon, the stylist will go over pricing and your beauty budget to assure a stress-free and relaxing experience for all!




How do I know what the current or upcoming sales are?


We are constantly changing it up at Belleza Salon! Every month we have new promotions and specials we run. The best way to stay updated is to be sure we have the correct email address from you so you will get our monthly newsletter. Also 'like' us and 'follow' BellezasalonSTL on Facebook where we will keep you in the loop!




Do you sell take-home hair extensions in the salon?


We do! We have a variety of clip-in extensions and halo extension options in-stock. If you do not find what you are looking for, one of our extension specialists can color match you and we can place a special order for you no problem!




What does the (+) mean after a service cost?


The plus sign indicates that the service may cost a bit more than the base price. These prices are calculated based on the amount of hair, length of hair, or any extra service time it may take for the appointment.
