Front Desk Support Team
Belleza Salon is looking for a positive, energetic Front Desk Support Team member. This candidate must have a passion for the beauty and salon industry. This position includes but is not limited to sales, customer service, the ability to multi-task and execute all front desk procedures, knowledge of all salon products and inventory system, as well as assisting in essential salon programs such as our thriving bridal business. Help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as well as motivate the Belleza Team to do so as well. Organization and leadership are a must, as well as the ability to gain close relationships with clientele and therefore aiding in business growth. Candidates must have a flexible schedule with availability for both, nights and weekends, and work periodically for salon events.
