1. If you’re nervous to try a new hairstylist, or you’re not quite sure which stylist at Belleza Salon Company would be the right fit for you, we understand. That’s why we offer our exclusive Meet Your Stylist survey. In less than 5 minutes you’ll see which stylists you’re matched with! A member of our front desk support team will reach out to get your booked or you are welcome to continue through the booking process below! 





2. If you are a new guest, we greet you the warmest welcome! Simply select New Guest Color option or New Guest Haircut option for added time to discuss the perfect look for you!


3. If you are a returning guest, it is so great to have you in again! Simply login with your email credentials to keep your account attached to you!


4. Please be aware of our cancellation policy: 
    1st time No show or cancellation within 24 hours- It's on us! No worries- we all get busy and forget!
    2nd time 50% to reschedule. We hate you missed your appointment....as a favor, we'll only charge you half.
    3rd time 100% to reschedule. We miss you! But our stylists have been waiting..

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a rescheduling fee will apply. As a courtesy we will text/call/email to confirm your service the day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and a rescheduling fee.
