We also have our next step stylist program which was created for stylists with at least six months of experience, transitioning to our salon company. In this program, you will average a guaranteed hourly rate that averages between $16-21 per hour. This will assure your financial security as we help you ease into a full commission stylist, averaging $36,000 a year as a level one stylist only working up to 32 hours per week. This career opportunity allows you to grow into a six-figure career.
